How engagement works

No retainer before we understand the problem.

Scope and a written quote come first. Government fees, where they apply, are always identified separately.

  1. A conversation, not a form reply

We ask what stage the business is at, what's already in place, and what's actually blocking you.

  2. Scope and a written quote

You get the services that apply, what each covers, and the fees: professional and statutory listed apart.

  3. One contact, our network behind them

CAs, company secretaries, and digital partners are coordinated by us. You don't chase five vendors.

  4. Add or stop as the business changes

Start with one service. Add compliance, HR, or marketing when there's a reason to, not before.

No. Services are available whether or not you use a Spunic workspace. If you do want both, we coordinate them together.

Spunic coordinates the engagement and manages delivery. Where a CA, company secretary, auditor, or digital partner is required, we bring them in. Statutory responsibilities and professional opinions remain with that professional.

Yes. Most services can be delivered remotely for businesses across India. If you prefer to meet in person, our teams are in Kozhikode, Manjeri, and Kondotty.

Per engagement, after we understand the scope. You get a written quote before anything starts, with government fees identified separately from professional fees.
