Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect personal information when you enquire, visit this website, or use our services.

Last updated 21 August 2026

Introduction

Spunic Infratech LLP (“Spunic”, “we”, “us”) operates spunic.com and provides workspace, business services and consulting services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, or use our services.

Our website and services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.

Information we collect

When you enquire about a workspace, book a tour, contact us, or use our services, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Company or organisation name
  • The type of request (workspace, consulting, services, jobs, or community events)
  • How you prefer to be followed up (WhatsApp or a phone callback)
  • Workspace requirements and enquiry details
  • Information you voluntarily provide through forms, WhatsApp, email or phone
  • Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as device type and pages viewed

How we collect information

Most personal data reaches us because you send it. That includes the enquiry form on this website, emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.

When you browse the website, your browser may also provide basic technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and referral source.

On some pages, such as Contact, the site loads a map from a map provider. That provider may process the technical data needed to display the map.

How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and follow up on the request you made
  • Provide workspace, business services, or consulting you ask us for
  • Administer memberships, tours, and ongoing service arrangements
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not treat an enquiry as consent to send unrelated marketing. How we contact you is explained below.

WhatsApp, email and other communications

If you submit an enquiry, we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about that enquiry. That includes arranging a tour, answering a services or consulting question, or following up on a job or event request.

If you choose Continue to WhatsApp after sending an enquiry, we open a WhatsApp conversation with a summary of the details you submitted. WhatsApp is provided by a third party. Their terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

If you choose Request a callback, we will try to reach you by phone or email about the same enquiry. We will not open WhatsApp for that submission.

Responding to an enquiry is not the same as marketing. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates. We may send service messages needed to handle your request. Where we send marketing updates about workspaces, events or services, we will do so with your consent where required, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop us contacting you about an enquiry you already made.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses local storage to remember your display preference (light or dark). Hosting and security logs may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

We do not currently load third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information with service providers who help us operate, only as needed for that work. That currently includes website hosting, form processing for enquiries, email and WhatsApp communications, and map or location services used on the website.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or people on our premises, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger.

Data retention

We keep enquiry records while we are handling the request, and afterwards only where we still need them for that purpose or the law requires it. We keep membership and service records for as long as the relationship lasts and as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Website logs and similar technical data are kept only as long as needed for security, diagnostics and site operation.

When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or retain it only in a form that no longer identifies you, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access information about your personal data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance regarding how your personal data is handled.

To exercise these rights, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy grievance, email:

info@spunic.com

We may need to verify a request before we act on it.
