Revenue Mastery is coming to Wayanad for an evening of practical discussions on improving hotel revenue and creating guest experiences that encourage repeat business.
The workshop goes beyond simply selling more rooms. It looks at how hotels and resorts can make better commercial decisions while building stronger relationships with the guests they acquire.
What you will learn
Sadikh P. Padikkal will explore the relationship between guest satisfaction and repeat business, including how service and the overall stay influence whether guests return or recommend a property.
Azhar Umar will cover pricing, occupancy and distribution, helping participants think more deliberately about room rates, demand and the channels through which rooms are sold.
Who should attend
Revenue Mastery is designed for:
- Hotel and resort owners
- General managers
- Revenue and reservations professionals
- Hospitality teams involved in commercial decisions
- Professionals responsible for guest experience
The objective is simple: make better decisions to win the booking, then give the guest a reason to come back.
